Job description

At Altitude Trampoline Park, we believe in family fun and celebrating life's moments together. As a Court Monitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are team players and thrive in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Monitoring: Supervise guests while they are using the trampoline courts to ensure compliance with safety rules and guidelines.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to enhance their overall experience.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Assist in keeping the trampoline courts and surrounding areas clean and organized throughout shifts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Adherence to Protocols: Follow instructions and protocols established by management to maintain consistency and quality in guest experiences.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate a readiness to adjust tasks and strategies as necessary to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Front Desk Support
    • Greet and check in guests, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival.
    • Assist guests with the check-in process, including waivers and ticketing.

Qualifications:
