This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to provide care to clients in the comfort of your own space while maintaining professional standards. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' unique challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop detailed treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's goals, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other suited modalities.
• Deliver crisis intervention services to support clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Maintain thorough and confidential progress notes and treatment documentation in adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring accuracy and privacy.
• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.
• Stay updated on advancements in mental health care through ongoing professional development and training programs.

Our clientele includes diverse individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with clients to create a safe space that encourages open dialogue and healing, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique circumstances and preferences of each individual.

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a commitment to developing effective treatment strategies based on client needs.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Proven capability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Dedication to ethical practices and professional development within the mental health field.

• Previous experience in a clinical outpatient setting is a plus, although entry-level candidates with the requisite educational background will also be considered.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms will enhance your adaptability in our team.

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
