Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design visually striking graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Set up a complete e-commerce account using our proprietary software "Eframe" by designing banners, selecting color schemes, completing forms/fields, configuring coupon codes, and managing all necessary features in the Admin Panel.
  • Collaborate closely with management to understand project objectives and create designs that effectively convey the intended message.
  • Utilize industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics, while staying up to date on design trends and best practices to keep our materials fresh and relevant.
  • Work with web marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Manage Xerox to manage print/graphics equipment e.g. Xerox Machine, printing consumables and print media supplies.
  • Create and update digital frame images for e-commerce accounts
  • Maintain school diploma frame images with correct artwork
  • Perform assigned creative content changes and updates to all marketing materials.
  • Understanding of file requirements with raster and vector art
  • Provide warehouse department with prints (school logos, lithographs)
  • Understanding of color profiles and color correction practices required
  • Understanding of resolution when working with large-format digital images.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy
  • Provide art prep for warehouse machinery (Laser, Valianni, Mimaki, models)
  • Print production materials such as mock diplomas, lithos, photos, logos as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintain quality standards.
  • Maintains accurate electronic file storage for all proofs and/or renderings.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of Graphic Design experience.
  • Experience with Adobe-Illustrator, Photo Shop and Corel Drawl
  • Working knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and print.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PC Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
