Wire Assembler – Electrical Panel (Auburn Hills, MI) Location: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (On-site) Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM ; Friday 6:30 AM–2:30 PM (40 hrs/week) Pay: $20.00/hr Summary Now hiring a Wire Assembler for an entry-level electrical manufacturing role supporting the layout, build, and wiring of electrical panels to customer specifications. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy following build documentation and working with tools, this Wire Assembler opportunity offers steady hours and the chance to build valuable electrical assembly skills in a production environment. (Wire Assembler experience is a plus, but motivated, mechanically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply.) Responsibilities Review build sheets , prints, and production documentation to understand wiring and assembly requirements Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on build prep instructions Install electrical components and controllers per documentation and prints Perform point-to-point wiring using correct wire color and gauge Apply ferrules , route cables, and add tags/labels/required identification according to prints Follow standard work, quality checks, and documentation requirements throughout the build Support production flow by assisting teammates and maintaining a positive, safety-focused work area Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures and shop rules Complete additional tasks as assigned to support daily production needs Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required (technical/vocational training is a plus) Comfortable using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing/assembly setting Ability to read and follow build sheets , work instructions, and basic prints/diagrams Strong attention to detail and accuracy (wire ID, labeling, color/gauge, and component placement) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying on pace Reliable attendance and willingness to learn electrical panel build processes Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, harnessing, panel wiring, or control panel assembly is a plus (not required) If you're looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where detail and accuracy matter, apply today for this Wire Assembler opening in Auburn Hills.
