- Support proposal preparation from kickoff through production and submission.
- Assist with RFP analysis, compliance checks, and document organization.
- Coordinate with capture, technical, and pricing teams to gather and format proposal inputs.
- Maintain version control, document repositories, and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Edit and proofread sections of proposals for clarity, tone, and compliance.
- Help manage subcontractor data calls and inputs.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to streamline content development and improve efficiency.
- Participate in color team reviews and process improvement initiatives.
- Track submission schedules, deliverables, and post-proposal lessons learned.
Support maintenance of corporate past performance data and reusable content libraries.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Federal proposal coordination, proposal management, or project administration.
- Strong writing, editing, and document management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with or interest in AI writing, editing, or automation tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work occasional extended hours during peak submission periods.
Clearance
- Active or eligible for a Secret clearance preferred.
