Production Assembler (EntryLevel) - First Shift

As an Assembler on our production team, you'll play a vital role in crafting highquality, performancedriven products that archers around the world rely on.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble & Package: Follow clear work instructions to build, inspect, and pack archery components.
  • Meet Production Goals: Hit daily and weekly targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • HandsOn Work: Lift and maneuver parts and bins, use basic hand tools, and work safely on the production floor.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify minor process enhancements and share feedback with your team.
  • Housekeeping: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • EntryLevel Talent: No prior manufacturing experience required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Small parts assembly experience a plus.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs independently
