Job description

Bring your coordination skills to a fast-paced licensing team supporting consumer products initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, partnering across teams, and helping drive work forward with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day coordination of consumer products licensing activities
  • Track project status, deadlines, and required follow-ups to help keep work moving smoothly
  • Communicate with internal partners and external stakeholders as needed
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to requests and deliverables
  • Help schedule meetings, manage priorities, and support administrative tasks tied to the team’s workflow
  • Identify issues early and escalate or resolve them appropriately to support timely execution
