Reports to: VP of Client Strategy

What's the job?
We are looking for a talented, data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimize, and strategize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising channels. This is a hybrid remote/in-office full-time position.
In this role, you will be responsible for launching, managing, analyzing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to maximize performance, generate high-quality leads, and drive measurable results for a portfolio of clients within the real estate industry. You will develop targeting strategies, A/B testing plans, budget recommendations, and performance reports to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
Experience
Required skills:
  • 1+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study
  • Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to changing algorithms, industry trends, and campaign needs.

  • Proactively seek out answers to questions on campaign objectives, audience targeting, budget allocations, or creative assets needed to execute and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to strategists and, when required, directly to clients, translating performance data into actionable strategies.
