Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you want to be part of an innovative team dedicated to empowering those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? Look no further! Training Wheels ABA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us in our mission to enrich the lives of children in the Pflugerville, Dripping Springs, and Greater Austin community.

Who We Are: Training Wheels ABA is a leading behavioral health company specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with ASD. We're committed to providing Early Intervention services to young learners aged 18 months to 10 years old, making a meaningful impact right from the start.

Your Role: As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) at Training Wheels ABA, you'll play a vital role in our team. You'll receive a free comprehensive training in ABA therapy, including a minimum of 40 hours of intensive paid training, competency assessment by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and certification as an RBT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. This process should take about two weeks!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our BCBA and Operations Manager
  • Provide therapy sessions to children with ASD
  • Implement behavior intervention plans
  • Document client progress accurately
