  • Someone who enjoys goals, competition, and personal growth

  • A mindset focused on earning, learning, and building a long-term career

  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site/in the field as needed

  • Prior experience in sales consultant, sales closing, customer-facing, customer service, sales, solar, roofing, hospitality, retail, or athletics is helpful, but not required

Schedule and Work Location:

  • Full-time

  • On-site/in the field (local travel within the assigned area for pre-set appointments)

What’s In It For You?

  • Paid training and ongoing coaching

  • Base Salary - W-2

  • Full benefits package and 401(k) options

  • PTO and paid holidays

  • A supportive team culture with hands-on leadership

  • Clear advancement opportunities for top performers

  • A stable career path in a rapidly growing industry
