Fidelis Construction Inc. | Residential Remodeling | Snohomish County / North King County
Fidelis Construction Inc. is looking for an experienced tradesman or tradeswoman to help with residential remodeling projects in the Snohomish County / North King County area.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has real-world remodeling or construction experience and can step into projects with limited supervision.
Work May Include
Deck repairs and rebuilds
Bathroom remodels
Framing and carpentry
Door and window installation
Finish work and trim
Small structural repairs
General remodel punch-list work
ADU, garage, and home improvement projects
Ideal Candidate
Proven residential remodeling or construction experience
Strong carpentry and general trades skills
Ability to work independently
Own basic hand tools
Reliable transportation
Good problem-solving ability
Ability to read plans or follow written scopes of work
Good communication with customers, subs, and company leadership
