Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support project administration for a full-service asphalt paving contractor in the Greater Kansas City area. The Project Coordinator will manage documentation, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities - Construction Project Coordinator

  • Collaborate with Estimators to set up and maintain accurate project documentation including submittals, wage orders, and change orders
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve issues and communicate project status
  • Generate regular progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Assist in the preparation of project closeout documentation to ensure timely and compliant project completion
  • Identify project-related challenges and coordinate with the project team to develop and implement timely solutions

Qualifications - Construction Project Coordinator
