Automotive Glass Installation Technicians & Lead Techs - Experienced & Entry Level Positions Available!

Are you Self-Motivated? Do you love working with cars?

If so, here is good news for you! Auto Glass Now, (a division of Driven Brands including Auto Glass Now, All Star Glass, K&K Auto Glass, Perfection Auto Glass, Jack Morris Auto Glass & A-1 Glass) is offering an opportunity to showcase your skills and join our growing team of Auto Glass Technicians working in airports, retail locations, or as part of our mobile operations team!

Income potential is UNCAPPED at Auto Glass Now!

Experienced glass technicians, lead techs, & AGSC certified installers can join our team right away making up to $35 per hour base pay while earning additional $$$$ for each completed job.

Experience is VALUED...

...but no experience is REQUIRED!

Some of our most successful glass techs joined the team as trainees with no experience at all, but were once lube technicians, construction workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other trade workers!

PAID TRAINING AVAILABLE!

We will train you how to professionally install automotive windshields and become a lead glass installer within 90 days. During this time you will earn training pay and after training you will make full rate plus daily bonuses for completed jobs!

MOVE UP FAST!

We will also help you earn your nationally accredited glass technician certification with the Auto Glass Safety Council. All you need to do is be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop!

As a Driven Brands Auto Glass Technician, your job will be to:

  • Install windshields and auto glass in our shop or from a mobile operation unit
  • Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, etc.
  • Repair chips and other glass damage
  • Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with a job well done
  • Process payments from mobile customers
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

All our Techs and trainees need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installations
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
  • Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • This position involves driving duties that will be monitored and recorded by a telematics device to ensure safety and compliance.
