Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with direct experience handling contracts, SOW/SOV documents, and billing within construction, familiar with procore, building connect, and millwork, cabinetry, or interior build-out projects.


About Us

We manufacture and install premium Italian kitchens and vanities for multi-unit residential and commercial projects across the U.S. We work directly with developers and general contractors and manage projects from contract through installation.


What This Role Is

This is NOT an assistant position.
This is NOT an entry-level coordinator role.
You will be responsible for managing active construction projects from contract execution through billing and completion for kitchens and bathroom cabinetry.


Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage SOW & SOV documents
  • Process AIA billing and milestone invoices
  • Coordinate with GCs, developers, and internal teams
  • Track project schedules, deliveries, and installations
  • Manage change orders and contract documentation
  • Ensure payments align with project milestones


Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 3 years in construction project management or contract administration
  • Experience working with SOW, SOV, and AIA billing
  • Experience in millwork, cabinetry, kitchens, or interior construction preferred
  • Strong document control and organizational skills
  • Comfortable communicating with general contractors and developers
