First Team Staffing โ€” Tampa, FL

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Staffing Recruiter to join our Tampa team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, making a high volume of phone calls, recruiting candidates, and building strong relationships with employees and clients.

Schedule

  • Mondayโ€“Friday
  • Must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
  • Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective and existing candidates.
  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for available positions.
  • Present and explain job opportunities to candidates by phone and in person.
  • Assist candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Counsel employees regarding attendance, punctuality, workplace policies, and performance concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, clients, supervisors, and hiring managers.
  • Respond to candidate and employee questions and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee information.
  • Provide excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced staffing environment.
  • Support daily recruiting and staffing office operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience required.
  • Previous customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Entry-level computer and telephone skills required.
  • Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required; ability to read and write in Spanish.
  • Creole language skills are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, reliable, upbeat, and motivated personality.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
