What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Grind and prepare cannabis for pre-roll production
  • Operate rolling machines and assist with hand-rolled products
  • Sift material and ensure consistency for production
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accurate weights and standards
  • Track production output, inventory, and daily totals by strain
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
  • Collaborate with leads to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Support training, R&D, and other processing departments as needed

  • 21+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
