Allen Turner Automotive is actively hiring an Express Service Advisor for our Allen Turner Hyundai location in Pensacola, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service or entry-level automotive experience who wants to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, high-volume service department.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers coming in for routine maintenance - setting the tone for a smooth, efficient, and professional service experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed promptly

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 1+ year of customer service experience required
  • Automotive or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
