Mills Automotive Group is seeking an entry level accounting associate for a Full Time position for our Jaguar Land Rover and Ford Lincoln locations in Columbia, SC. Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Tag & Title assistance
  • Scanning and Filing Documents
  • Inventory entry
  • Internal Deal Audits
  • Deal Checklist Validation
  • Out of State Title Preparation
  • Lien Payoff Preparation
  • MSO and Title Tracking and Follow Up
  • Used Car Purchases
  • Support office personnel
  • Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts for wholesales, dealer trades, lien payoffs, etc.
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions.
