Location: Orlando Branch
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation: $18–$20/hour (TBD based on experience)

Position Overview

This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution and ownership of inventory control and receiving functions for the Tampa branch. The Warehouse Coordinator will manage all incoming and outgoing materials, maintain accurate inventory within ServiceTitan, and ensure the warehouse and technician trucks are properly stocked and organized.

This position supports multiple trades (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical) and serves as the connection point between the warehouse and field technicians. The role requires a self-directed individual who can take ownership of inventory processes, maintain accuracy, and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on, non-entry-level role that requires prior experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Receiving

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and equipment across all trades
  • Process and record all inventory transactions in ServiceTitan
  • Stock and organize materials within the warehouse
  • Manage shipping and outgoing transfers

Inventory Control & Ownership

  • Maintain full ownership of branch inventory (physical and system accuracy)
  • Track all material movement in and out of the warehouse
  • Support technicians by allocating/attaching materials to job invoices as needed
  • Perform monthly inventory counts and resolve discrepancies

Warehouse & Field Support

  • Conduct routine checks of technician trucks to ensure proper stock levels and organization
  • Maintain warehouse layout, cleanliness, and organization standards
  • Ensure technicians have the materials needed while reinforcing inventory accountability

Process & Accountability

  • Implement and maintain SOPs for inventory control and receiving
  • Identify and correct inventory or process gaps
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all inventory-related activities

Team Support

  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse and field teams
  • Communicate inventory needs, shortages, and updates
  • Support additional operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics (required)
  • Experience supporting skilled trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) preferred
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar inventory systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Forklift experience required
