This position supports delivery operations, assists with in-home furniture placement, and helps keep our showroom and stockroom organized to brand standards. What You Do

  • Response for loading, transporting, unloading, and placing merchandise in client homes with care and professionalism.
  • Serve as a driver ensuring safe vehicle operation, adherence to delivery schedules, and compliance with company driving standards.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight.
  • Tag and prepare merchandise for showroom placement according to brand standards.
  • Verify correct products and accessories for delivery.
  • Ensure all merchandise is assembled and in satisfactory condition prior to delivery.
  • Provide courteous support to clients during deliveries, pick-ups, and in-store interactions.
  • Follow all warehouse, delivery, and vehicle safety protocols.
  • Report quality issues, damages, or risks to store management immediately.
  • Work closely with store staff to support daily operations and create a positive, client-focused environment.
  • Assist with floor plan changes, light housekeeping, and general upkeep of store facilities to maintain brand standards.

What You Bring

  • One or more years of experience in warehouse, retail stock, or delivery operations required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required; ability to obtain Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) certification required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds independently; heavier items may require team handling.
  • Commitment to teamwork, safety, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Demonstrated reliability, attendance, and strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
