Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineering Technician supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. This role works closely with engineers and production teams to optimize efficiency, maintain equipment, and ensure high-quality production while adhering to safety and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of manufacturing processes
  • Monitor and improve production efficiency and product quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
  • Support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and methods
  • Collect and analyze data to identify process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Train and support production staff on equipment and processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering technician role
  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred
