โ€ข Loads and verifies correct operation of software packages such as operating system, word processing and spreadsheet programs, etc. Performs network connection set-up; and user profile, data, and application migration from workstation to workstation.
โ€ข Identifies and resolves hardware, software, and operating system problems, makes minor repairs or refers to application specialists.
