What You Will Do

  • Perform data analyses using Python and SQL to answer key analytical questions for clients

  • Consult with clients to define analytics requirements, technical solutions, and methodologies to support confident decisionmaking

  • Develop, validate, and deploy analytics and data science capabilities aligned to client objectives

  • Interface with client subject matter experts to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Contribute to client relationship management and participate in business development discussions

  • Support and lead small teams while delivering highquality analytics solutions

What You Will Need

  • M.S. or M.A. in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline

  • A minimum of ONE (1) year of professional experience in data analytics or data science

  • Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL

  • Experience performing data science and analytics, including:

    • Statistical modeling

    • Predictive analysis

    • Machine learning

  • Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, predictive models) into production web applications

  • Demonstrated ability to support clients, build relationships, and drive solutions forward

  • Experience leading or supporting small teams

What Would Be Nice To Have

  • Healthcare analytics experience, including work with CPT, ICD, place of service, and bill type codes

  • Experience delivering solutions in healthcare, public health, or federal health IT programs

  • Familiarity with Python Polars, GeoPandas, and automated document generation packages

  • Relevant certifications, such as:

    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

    • Databricks Certified Data Engineer

    • Snowflake SnowPro

  • Handson experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications

  • DevOps experience, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep) and automated deployment pipelines

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
