Position Overview:
We are seeking a Tier III Systems Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and values meaningful interactions with both clients and internal teams.
As a Tier III Systems Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure. This position offers opportunities for professionals at different stages of their careers. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM) based at our office in Louisville, KY. The physical environment requires frequent indoor work, but the work location may vary between office, warehouse, and other locations. Occasional outdoor work may also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Level 1 (Entry-Level)
- User Support: Provide first-level support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with general inquiries.
- System Monitoring: Monitor network and system performance and respond to alerts.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Hardware Maintenance: Assist with basic hardware installations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Software Updates: Assist in software installations, updates, and patches.

Level 2 (Intermediate-Level)
