Role Description This full-time, on-site entry-level Sales Representative role is based in Grand Rapids, MI. The Sales Representative will prospect and cold call potential customers, build and maintain a book of business, and develop long-term relationships with shippers and carriers. Daily responsibilities include learning TQL’s logistics services, negotiating freight rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery by working closely with carriers and internal support teams. The role also involves tracking loads, resolving service issues, and providing excellent customer service via phone and email. Sales Representatives are expected to meet and exceed performance metrics while growing their accounts and contributing to the team’s overall success.
