Hours: Monday thru Friday : 4:45 PM - 1:15 AM plus Overtime
A Spiral Binding Operator is a highly motivated individual who drives customer success by ensuring the superior quality of all produced documents in the Spiral Binding Production workflow. The spiral coil binding method uses a spring-like coil to join the book's cover and pages as a unit that allows the pages to turn freely. Spiral Bound books lie flat for hands-free reading, making Spiral Binding a great choice for instruction, school books, repair manuals, cookbooks, handbooks, guides, and other reference materials. Spiral coils come in a variety of diameters to accommodate books of varying thicknesses.
Key Responsibilities
  • Read and comprehend the job instructions (QA Checklist), which may include: general instruction, special Instructions, and change orders
  • Understand the SpiralBinding Workflow for completing customer' orders
  • Responsible for completing other product workflow finishing services as required
  • Meet or exceed production goals set by the management team
  • Ensure adherence to all documented processes and procedures
  • Others tasks as assigned
