Overview
The Engineer I - Product Engineering performs entry-level engineering work to support product development, new product introduction, and cross-functional engineering activities. This role assists in adapting global product designs for regional market needs, supports prototype builds and field evaluations, and contributes to engineering documentation and issue resolution under guidance.
What You'll Do
  • Support product development activities by assisting with design updates, engineering documentation, and prototype evaluations.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to understand product intent and contribute to adapting new platforms for regional market requirements.
  • Assist in new product introduction activities, including design reviews, build support, and issue tracking.
  • Support engineering change requests, product development requests, and assembly-related engineering activities.
  • Assist with engineering support for internal events, operator evaluations, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide cross-functional support to manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing teams as needed.
  • Support dealer surveys, product evaluations, and photo documentation activities.
  • Contribute to field test site coordination, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Prepare clear, accurate engineering reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Maintain engineering databases, BOMs, and change documentation in accordance with established procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or related engineering field.

Physical Requirements
  • Sufficient mobility and physical reflexes to function effectively in a general office environment and perform the duties outlined above.

  • Exposure to damp/wet conditions, chemicals, fumes, moving mechanical parts, electrical shock, and excessive noise level at times.
