The CAD/Programming Associate is responsible for taking information from the sales team and field measurement technicians and converting it into a complete, accurate, and executable set of instructions for the fabrication and installation teams. This position will create CAD drawings and layout files to illustrate proposed designs for customers, develop tool paths for 5-axis machinery, and prepare complete job packets for the Fabrication and Installation Departments. The CAD/Programming Associate will also maintain accurate inventory records within the company’s system and manage the production schedule for stone countertop fabrication and installation based on measurements, photos, and project details. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, team player, and problem solver with strong attention to detail, an eye for design, and the ability to visualize and translate ideas into real-world finished products. The position will work with AlphaCAM drafting software, SlabSmith software, and Moraware scheduling software. Previous CAD, CNC programming, countertop fabrication, or stone industry experience is preferred, but a willingness and ability to learn is essential.


Experience with stone fabrication, CNC programming, AlphaCAM, or similar manufacturing software is a big plus! Also open to seeing entry-level CAD graduates! An associate's degree in CAD is ideal!


Normal Hours: 8-5, Monday - Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
