Job description

We are looking for an Entry-Level Reliability Test Technician to support reliability testing and validation in a lab environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates looking to grow their experience working with hardware systems and test processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute reliability test plans and validation procedures
  • Set up and operate environmental test equipment (thermal, shock, vibration)
  • Assemble and disassemble hardware using basic tools
  • Collect and document test data and results
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Manage lab inventory, including test units, tools, and consumables
  • Follow established safety protocols and lab procedures

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in a reliability or manufacturing test environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
  • Familiarity with electronic components and mechanical enclosures
