Associate Role and Responsibilities

  • An Oakwolf Associate starts on the Delivery side of our business where you’ll build a strong foundation in understanding healthcare, HCIT, and the core Oakwolf delivery methodologies.

  • After an initial 2-weeks of formalized training, the role involves reaching out to prospective HCIT/industry consultants through a variety of online resources.

  • Qualifying these consultant’s capabilities and preferences through Oakwolf’s structured qualification methodology.

  • Establishing trust and building strong working relationships with prospective consultants and other industry leading subject matter experts (SMEs).

  • Collaborating with both internal and external partners to determine how best to build Oakwolf project delivery teams and capabilities.

  • Staying current on trends and developments in the healthcare industry and the needs and challenges across Oakwolf’s expanding client relationships and service offerings.

Required Skills and Experience

Entry Level Associates (0-2 years of professional experience)

  • Track record of hitting KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and achieving sales quotas

  • Experience with CRM software's and a familiarity with MS-Office

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college/university

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or marketing may be helpful to this role.

Senior Associates (2-4 years of professional experience)

  • These key hires require all of the attributes above with additional professional experience that may or not have been in healthcare and/or a sales capacity.
