Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pmPay: $23 - $33/hourWhat You'll Do
  • Operate Swiss CNC Machines - Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC machines and bar feeders, including tooling changes and offsets.

  • Interpret Technical Drawings - Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accurate part production.

  • Optimize Machine Programs - Make minor program edits and adjustments to improve cycle times and dimensional accuracy.

  • Ensure Product Quality - Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

  • Troubleshoot Production Issues - Identify and resolve machining issues, tool wear, and machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.

  • Monitor Production Output - Track machine performance and output to meet production schedules and efficiency goals.

  • Perform Routine Maintenance - Conduct basic preventive maintenance and maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Maintain Accurate Documentation - Record production data, inspection results, and machine adjustments during each shift.

  • Deburr and Finish Parts - Use deburring tools such as drill presses, hand files, and rotary burrs to ensure parts meet specifications.

  • Work as a Team - Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel to improve processes and resolve production challenges.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience operating Swiss-style CNC machines preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.

  • Basic understanding of CNC programming edits and G-code.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining production quality.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

  • Willingness to work overtime as production demands require.
