- Perform preliminary reviews of resumes and applications to help identify prospective candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain prompt, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
