Hours:

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated success managing projects and relationships independently
  • Experience presenting publicly to organizations or community groups
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with event management platforms preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
  • ·Lead cultivation and stewardship strategies for entry-level sponsors and community partners.
  • ·Represent the House at networking events, civic presentations, and meetings with community partners.
  • ·Manage guest registration and sponsorship tracking within event software platforms.
  • ·Independently manage relationships with third-party event organizers and donor groups.
  • ·Support and grow fundraising efforts for peer-to-peer campaigns.
  • ·Promote the pull tab program and coordinate the annual Tab-A-Pull-Ooza event.
  • ·Provide support in strengthening and maintaining McDonald’s partnership relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with in-kind donors and community partners to secure goods, services, and resources that directly support guest families, House operations, and fundraising events.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate actively in staff meetings and organization-wide events.
  • Execute other responsibilities as assigned to advance the Ronald McDonald House mission.
