Job description

Warehouse Operator

We're currently seeking a Warehouse Operator who will be responsible for varied daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner. Help customers resolve technical problems and inquiries associated with equipment.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery according to schedule
  • Receiving and processing warehouse stock products.
  • Inspecting incoming shipments to ensure that they meet quality standards before being stored in the warehouse.
  • Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Complete diary logs into inventory
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions concerning company technological user interface.
  • They interview and listen to clients to identify their needs and provide entry level technical solutions. Also involves training individuals on how to use technical products and services.
  • Escalate difficult issues to superiors for expert resolution. Ensure compliance with standards established procedures for addressing client concerns.
  • Maintain record of call transactions.
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Required Skills And Knowledge
  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker.
  • Prior experience in sales or technical support is an added advantage
