Position Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level to Experienced (We Train!)

About the Role

Are you looking to kickstart a career in tech, electronics, and networking? Inside Out is seeking a self-directed, professional, and motivated HPBX Systems Installation Technician to join our team in Perham, MN.

In this role, you will be the face of our company, helping to provision, install, and service Hosted Private Branch Exchange (HPBX) systems and structured cabling. No direct experience with HPBX? No problem. If you have a passion for technology and a drive to learn, we will provide all the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Install & Service: Assist with the provisioning, installation, and troubleshooting of HPBX phone systems and structured cabling.

  • Customer Support: Work closely with clients on-site to ensure their systems are running flawlessly.

  • Travel: Perform occasional overnight travel within Minnesota to support our regional clients.
