Location: Grand Rapids | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm; 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm

What You’ll Do:
  • Help run day-to-day production operations
  • Keep production on track to hit deadlines
  • Support, coach, and guide team leaders, trainers and production team members on the floor
  • Make sure quality and safety standards are met
  • Maintain quality control and instruct staff regarding customer specifications.
  • Control labor and other expenses in-line with revenue.
