By Light Professional IT Services LLC readies warfighters and federal agencies with technology and systems engineered to connect, protect, and prepare individuals and teams for whatever comes next. Headquartered in McLean, VA, By Light supports defense, civilian, and commercial IT customers worldwide. Responsibilities * Support day-to-day IT and network operations.
  • Assist with administration and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Support Windows Enterprise and Linux server operating systems.
  • Assist with monitoring cloud, physical, and virtual infrastructure environments.
  • Support virtualization platforms including VMware, KVM, and Xen.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues.
  • Support infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and operational readiness activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support records.
Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements. Required Experience/Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements.
