Fully Licensed Rad Tech - Expected pay for this position is $27.25 - $35.67/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position.
Limited License Rad Tech - Expected pay for this position is $21.93 - $28.71/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

As a Radiology Technologist Care Guide, you'll ensure a seamless patient experience by managing everything from clerical and clinical tasks to occupational health duties, including imaging, registration, vitals, and drug screens. Qualifications
FULLY LICENSED RAD TECH REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Completion of a formal Radiography program with associated certificate or degree
License/Certifications:
- Licensed with IEMA;
- American Heart Assosciation (BLS for Health Care Providers) completed within 2 weeks of hire.
- ARRt (R) registry eligible.
- Must complete ARRT registry within 6 months of hire
Other requirements/information:
- May be required to float between clinics as needed.
Other skills/knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Other skills/knowledge:
- Previous experience as a medical office assistant or CNA or equivalent, previous experience with an electronic health record and phlebotomy.
- Knowledge of urgent care medical specialty.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of Epic.
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
- Knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data; discretion, good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude.
Licensure/Certifications:
- Current certification as a radiology technician with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Current American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
LIMITED LICENSE RAD TECH REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School Diploma/ GED
Experience:
- 1 year healthcare experience
Licensure/ Certification:
- Limited scope testing certification provided by ARRT
- American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- May be required to float between clinics as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
