Job description

What We Offer:

Brunswick Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time (36) hour CT Technologist. The CT technologist assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and / or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the CT equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

Schedule:

Mon. – Wed. 11a – 11:30p

Thurs. – Sat. 11a-11:30p

What We're Looking For:
  • Education:  2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or Graduate of ARRT-approved or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program, required.
  • Experience:  One year experience in CT, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: 
    • NH Medical Center- Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT - RT(R) or RT(N) or CNMT at time of hire. Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT) within 6 months of hire , required.
    • NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility or Hospital Outpatient Department-Certified and registered: by ARRT in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT) , required.
    • Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096 for life support training requirement , required.
    • Applicable state license, required.
  • Additional Skills (required):  Analytical ability, basic computer skills, good communication skills, ability to adapt to procedures based on age of patient, ability to interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Prepares patient for procedures. Operates CT equipment.
