Location: Dyersville, IA area

Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (Entry Level) – CAD Drafter to join a growing team in the Dyersville, IA area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project coordination, construction, or engineering while gaining hands-on experience with CAD, production workflows, and project execution. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company's payroll and be eligible for company benefits.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare CAD drawings and foam layouts for production
  • Enter data into project systems
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and basic material tracking
  • Crate and count foundation and erection bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Verify tickets for accurate material information
  • Assist with delivery and pickup of samples, mockups, and materials
  • Support project scheduling and coordination efforts
  • Communicate project details with production and engineering teams
  • Maintain organized project documentation (drawings, schedules, change orders)
  • Review drawings and instructions for accuracy under supervision
  • Assist with tracking project progress, reporting, and follow-ups
