Location: Malvern, PA Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $23.00 USD Hourly Description: Our large, FINTECH client is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst (Contract/5 days/week) in Malvern, PA for a 3 Month Contract to support onboarding. Heavy focus on customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
    • Help Desk Analyst provides support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.
    • Identifies, researches and resolves the most complex technical problems.
    • Help Desk Analyst responds to telephone, email and on line requests for technical support.
    • Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools.
    • Help Desk Analyst coordinates with other teams or specialists to resolve an issue.
