Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level IT Support Technician to assist with day-to-day technology needs across our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Information Technology while gaining hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, networking, and general office technology support.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a positive attitude who enjoys helping others and is comfortable handling a variety of technical and non-technical tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Install and update software applications and operating systems.
  • Assist employees with basic technical issues and troubleshooting.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Organize and maintain IT inventory, equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform routine maintenance on company devices and workstations.
  • Assist with office moves, workstation setups, and equipment relocation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary.
  • Document technical procedures and support requests.
  • Support conference room technology, video conferencing systems, and office AV equipment.
