What You'll Do:
  • Test and Troubleshoot: Set up and operate specialized test equipment to evaluate electronic products, troubleshooting to the component and sub-assembly level using schematics and established procedures.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Provide technical guidance to Assemblers and mentor new technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Drive Quality: Interpret drawings and specifications, recommend process improvements, and ensure all quality feedback is documented and communicated effectively.

What You Bring:
  • Education: A 2-year degree in Electronics or related field, Certified Electronics Program (18 months), or 4-year degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) or related field. PR Certification must be obtained within the probationary period.
  • This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of manufacturing experience with a 2-year degree or Certified Electronics Program, or no experience required with a 4-year degree.
  • Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting to the component level, using tools and gauges, interpreting schematics, and maintaining close specifications. Strong dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and basic computer skills are essential.

The base pay range for this position is $31 - $37/hr. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 6/1/2026.
