Job description

We are currently hiring an experienced Computer Hardware Technician to serve clients in Lowell, AR and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an immediate hire.

What We Offer:
This role is ideal for technicians who prefer focusing strictly on hardware components-specifically Servers, and High-End Storage Systems-at times within a 4 hr time frame.  
Our clients include both home and business users. 

The Role:
Successful candidates start their workday at home, managing their service queue and contacting clients. They then pick up components and travel to client locations, generally covering a 100-mile radius from the parts pick-up location.
Job Expectations and Requirements:
  • Complete and pass required Client Certifications within 3 days of hire.
  • Complete Server and High-End Storage certifications within the timeline set upon hiring.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills for managing travel and on-site repair visits.
  • Possess proven Laptop/Desktop/Server hardware repair experience.
  • Must provide your own tools and ESD protection.
  • Must use a computer or mobile device to receive and manage repair requests.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Must pass required certifications.
  • Proven computer hardware repair experience is essential.
