Job description


The Test Engineer II creates and maintains application-specific software, hardware, and documentation as required to ensure the quality and integrity of product under limited supervision. This role ensures all elements of the applicable product specifications/requirements are tested and verified.
Responsibilities
  • Develop test plans, hardware, software, and documentation
  • Design specialized test equipment and development of operating procedures
  • Interpret test results, identify and resolve test failures
  • Improve the coverage, execution, and reliability of existing test solutions
  • Collect data and generate test reports
  • Provide guidance to entry level test engineers and technicians
  • Lead test execution and validate test data to understand test facility and test article performance
  • Design detailed test cases based on requirements and test plan

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field of Study
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
    • OR (6) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
    • OR No experience required in lieu of Masters Degree.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Security Clearance.
