We are currently hiring a Entry Level Engineer for our client in the Charleston, WV area.


Job duties / requirements are listed below:



Our US Natural Gas Projects organization continues to evolve to support a growing business, and we are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the USNG Projects ILI team. Reporting to the Manager, US Gas Projects In-Line Inspection (ILI), this role ensures projects and programs are effectively planned, aligned with company objectives, and meet established performance metrics. The Project Coordinator partners closely with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to manage key constraints—cost, schedule, and risk—to maximize value and minimize overall project exposure. This role also provides field coordination and planning to safely execute ILI (smart pigging), maintenance pigging, and chemical cleaning programs. Success requires strong communication and coordination across Regional Operations, Gas Control, Pipe Integrity, Operations Planning, Commercial Operations, the Internal Pigging Group, and Engineering. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures; - Field implementation of ILI program and coordination of field activities; - Liaison with Regional Operations, Gas Control, Pipe Integrity, Operations Planning, Commercial Operations, FWP’s, Land, Engineering and other Stakeholders as required; - Supervise and coordinate third party contractors in the field when needed; - Day to day scheduling and coordination with regions; - Undertakes technical analyses to prepare recommendations for actions; - Preliminary facility inspections to support program design and implementation (e.g: launcher/receiver installations, project scoping); - Daily cost tracking and Client scheduling; - Documentation and daily reporting; - Head office support as required; - Assist procedure development and contingency plan development; - Identify and implement training requirements for ILI Project Coordination; - Provide mentorship to regional ILI Coordinators when needed. Qualifications - Safety skills and attitude; - Project coordination and leadership skills; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; - Candidate must have a valid Driver's license and good driving record.


Education/Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management; - A combination of experience and education will also be considered; - Progressive Operations experience and working experience in Pipeline design and construction preferred; - Gas handling and survey experience as well as solid level of computer literacy would be considered an asset.



Working Environment: - Position to be based in Charleston, WV; other locations could be considered - Travel within North America is required; - Must have and maintain a valid passport and be available for travel. - Depending on the qualifications of the applicants, the successful candidate may be offered a position at a more suitable level. - Ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic environment with changing priorities; - Tolerant of travel and time away from home; - Extended work hours as required on operational and business requirements; - Working in various types of weather conditions required.
