Job Summary:

The Application Technician role is an entry-level position responsible for updating and maintaining applications, building test environments, diagnosing issues, and providing hardware support.
Responsibilities:
• Updating and maintaining applications within client environments
• Building test environments
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
• Hardware support
• Other duties as identified and assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• Basic knowledge and experience with computer programming and operating systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Cybersecurity certificates (CompTIA, Security+, Network+), preferred
• Knowledge and experience in macOS 12.x and higher; preferred
• Knowledge and experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux; preferred
