Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team. No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

How you’ll make an impact

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between homeowners and our company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engage with homeowners in pre-selected residential territories.
  • Introduce homeowners to our award-winning remodeling products and services.
  • Identify homeowners who may benefit from a remodeling project.
  • Set free in-home consultation appointments for our outside sales team.
  • Build genuine relationships with homeowners by understanding their needs.
  • Work alongside teammates and managers to continuously improve your approach.
  • Develop valuable sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Represent Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. at home shows, trade shows, expos, and community events.
  • Work outdoors, stay active, and meet new people every day.
  • Build the skills and experience needed to advance into sales and management opportunities within the company.

What You'll Earn

  • Base pay + multiple bonuses + uncapped commissions
