You will have access to a user-friendly Counselor portal, enabling you to manage your appointments, track patient progress, and handle documentation with ease. • Deliver individual psychotherapy services to stable, low-acuity adults, focusing on fostering their growth and improving their mental health.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ physical, mental, and emotional states to identify their specific needs and challenges.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based solution-focused therapy techniques.
• Regularly monitor and assess clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Guide clients in developing effective coping strategies and life skills, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns. • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure as a mental health professional in Texas, with acceptable licenses including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• No limited or provisional licenses, or any prior disciplinary actions will be accepted.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a capacity for managing a diverse caseload effectively.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills supported by a history of successful treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with clients, exhibiting a compassionate and empathetic approach.
