Job description

Entry-Level Sales Assistant

As the Entry-Level Sales Assistant, you will use cold calling and email to arrange sales meetings with prospective clients.

This is a part-time position (25 hrs. per week).

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sale team in identifying target accounts and key contacts by using cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Communicate with prospective clients to schedule meetings with members of the Company's sales team.
  • Add, cancel, or make changes to appointments in the Company's schedule.
Qualifications
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills. Must be comfortable making introductions over the phone and/or email.
  • Computer competency.
  • Ability to fulfill the company's standards and values when performing scheduling tasks.
  • Have an eye for detail and organization.
  • Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly.
