Entry Level Recruiter Job Description

As an Entry Level Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in screening candidates for Sales Representative positions. Your mission is to identify top talent, evaluate their qualifications, and help our company thrive by pushing them through our hiring process. If you're a strong communicator, adept at forming hiring strategies, and passionate about building high-performing sales teams, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Screen Candidates:
    • Utilize various methods to find potential candidates through a virtual screening process.
    • Conduct screening calls to assess suitability for sales roles.
    • Shortlist candidates based on criteria of high performance in sales.
  • Coordinate Interviews:
    • Schedule interviews on behalf of sales hiring teams.
    • Build relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
    • Track metrics to identify successes and areas for improvement in the hiring process.
  • Support Objective Hiring Decisions:
    • Assist hiring teams in making informed and objective hiring decisions.
    • Ensure a strong talent pipeline for the company's growth.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven recruiting experience is not required but is preferred.
  • Sales experience is not required but is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance is a plus.
